How do actionable events work?
Introduction
Available in the Document and Kanban components, the actionable event is a feature that triggers certain actions at the start of tasks or in certain document steps, notifying the configured responsible parties about the progress of the objects.
These actions will be executed automatically in a specific frequency, to be set by the user who will create the event. This does not remove the ability to execute the event manually if necessary, regardless of the defined frequency.
Actions that can be triggered by the event are: an alert via e-mail or the start of a workflow (by process or by type).
